Pace Yourself Before You ...

... I'm not sure ... Race Yourself? Disgrace? Misplace? Transform*?

Whichever. In cooler months, Monday is for focusing on running a specific pace, usually somewhere between mildly ambitious and heroic. It's not a competition ... we're there to help push each other to get where we want to be.

Distances will be more like 4 to 6 miles, but no worries if you aren't there yet. Run what you can. And if your ambitious pace is Just Finishing, then that's a fine pace.

We'll have designated pacers for these runs, going a specified time and distance. If none are a perfect match, try running part of the distance with them, and dropping off when you have to. You'll be amazed what you can do, when you're paced by someone faster than you thought you were!

Starts and ends at the stretch deck. See you there!
