First track of the new year!! Are y'all excited?
Here's what we're going to do: mile warm up, 2x400, 1x160, 2x400, mile cool down. Your first two 400s are setting the pace; they should be easy (for track). You'll do the 1600 at the same pace as you did the first two 400s, then the last two 400s at the same pace. I know a 1600 sounds intimidating to some, but don't worry! You'll run this just *slightly* faster than your loop pace, so I promise it'll be ok.
Meet at the track across the street from the tennis courts. Bring a stop watch.
