FIELD TRIP Post Run Social @ Liberty Station!

So Rob Stocker and I went here last Friday, after neither of us had been in a while. We made some new friends at an adjacent table, they said they were runners, we told them about Icehouse, and they thought it sounded great ... and that they would definitely come to the run on Wednesday (which is today)!

As you know, no one ever follows through with this.

And so, this seems like as good an excuse as any to take Post Run on the road. Liberty Kitchen has a full bar, a good beer list & specials, knowledgeable barkeeps (including that guy with the gnarly mustache from Canyon whom everyone likes), a good food truck rotation, a huge patio, and that beanbag game I hate. And if any new friends of Rob's and mine happen to be there, we can dish out large doses of good natured shame.

Parking was ok in their lot on Friday, so Wednesday should be no problem. Note this is Liberty STATION, the Bar. not Liberty KITCHEN, the overrated restaurant in the Heights.

Friends & Non Runners always welcome.

See you there!
