Kicking off week 8 ... don't act surprised ... 30 minute tempo.

So from last week's cruise intervals (6x 5 min) you should have a good idea what kind of pace you can hold for a continuous effort of 30 min. The 30 seconds of rest we took weren't close enough to allow good recovery, so if you paced last week's workout right, your 30 min pace "should" look a lot like what you can handle this week. Problem is, this week, no rest. The difficulty is mental: focus ... focus ... focus ...
