Sorry about the delay. Of course there's a workout today!

Race simulation. Let's see ... 5, 7, 7, 9, 11. That's right, 40 minutes of cruise intervals of increasing duration. Shorter than last week's workout, but probably harder because of that 11 at the end.

I'd turn around after the 9 simply because that's not enough of a cool down. Figure out what's best for *you* according to the pace you have learned to enjoy Monday nights.
