Excellent speaker who is very knowledgeable. Great insights into how to use your IRA for buying real estate, and some of the things you need to be careful of when doing so. Also discussed ideas on how to get involved with only $5k in your IRA. Leads to another full 3 hour class on the subject which is $49 for members.
