How to create harmony and balance within our nervous system

  • Jun 23, 2014 · 7:00 PM

Is our life controlled by the thoughts, perceptions and emotions stored in our nervous system?

The Perceptual Control Theory (PCT) states that when you act, you internally compare your current perceptions to perceptual reference standards stored in your nervous system and that you’ll continue your actions until your perceptions approximate the internal standards stored in your nervous system.

The PCT also states that there is a hierarchy of controls that can be in conflict with one another thereby creating conflict in our lives and affairs and stopping us from achieving our desired goals.

We'll discuss how we can create harmony or balance within this hierarchy thereby allowing us to move into our next higher step of consciousness.
