Away3d and papervision3d is inexpensive/free and works with flash.
Check it out. Also swift3d is moderate and simple to use. I personally like mudbox but its EXpensive hope this helps!

What inexpensive 3D engines do you use for games? There are a lot of Unity users, but what about others? I'm looking into doing a comparison on 3D engines/tools accessible to small studios and independent developers.
