Arts Law Legal Seminar

The Arts Law Centre of Australia have been very busy adding game development to the long list of art topics for which they provide legal assistance and resources. Arts Law with the assistance of TressCox Lawyers have been creating lots of documentation and templates for Australian game developers to use - and for this we're very grateful!

This month, they are coming along to our IGDA meeting to give us some info on how it all works. Specifically: copyright, moral rights and contracting issues.

Autodesk are kindly supplying pizza for us this month - so no need to pack food!

Spaces for this event are EXTREMELY limited. Please only grab a ticket if you know you can definitely make it. If you grab a ticket but later work out you can no longer make it, then please let me know ASAP so I can pass the ticket on to someone else.

All tickets must be obtained via EventBrite - no EventBrite ticket, no entry! https://www.eventbrite.com.au/e/arts-law-legal-seminar-tickets-11775963223

Please bring your ID on the night so we can mark you off at the door. No need to bring a paper ticket - save the trees!

Hi Misy, you can just bring your ID on the night so we can mark you off. The event will take roughly 2 hours. We should be out of there by 9.
