“ I am a beginner with no previous martial arts experience. I was curious about I Liq Chuan because I'm interested in meditation, yoga, and the like. I took the 2-weeks free trial, not expecting to sign up afterwards. I was surprised with the things I learned about myself in just two weeks. I am rather slow on picking up movements, but everyone was patient and helpful. They explained the principles behind the movements, incorporating understanding of the philosophy into the execution, so that one does not merely move; one moves with intent. I love this group for a lot of reasons: the atmosphere is very positive (happy, fun, and uplifting), I like the philosophy, I like their approach and method of teaching. The teacher would explain a move step-by-step, then he lets you apply it. There's theory and a LOT of practice, which is very fun and full of insights (for me). I'm often tired from work when I go the training, but I always go home feeling LIGHT, REFRESHED & HAPPY from I Liq Quan. ”

“ A very pleasant, nice, friendly and spacious environment where you can discover and balance yourself! Nice members ready to help and teach you as much they know! For sure i will go back next time and continue because i feel that the time passed too fast! I had a very good feeling of doing the right choice and i am sure that was only the beggining of the experience. I reccomend this martial art for people of all ages and gender! It is more than a martial art, is about beeing yourself in any condition of life! ”
