ILM Circles are professionally facilitated and for all genders, sexual, and relationship orientations. Circles facilitate and support individuals in developing a practical at-home (self) lovemaking practice using the power of intention, breath, and orgasmic energy for physical and non-physical manifestation. We do this through offering unique somatic experiential breathing exercises to feel erotic energy, deepen intimacy, and visualize desires; group sharing and coaching. Clothing is always required for Circles. Discussion of a sexual nature is part of the Circles and facilitated with the utmost integrity and confidentiality.
