Subject: [The-Orlando-Improv-Meetup-Group] Some Questions for the direction
 of the group.

Hello There!

I hope this time of year finds you in high spirits, and I wish you a Happy Holidays and a Fantastic New Year!

As we near 2012, I wanted to take a second to reflect upon where we've been and where we're going with Improv! For those of you who don't know, The Orlando Improv Meetup group has been around since about September of 2010 and has spawned a successful Improv performance group called 'Hot McCartney' which performs Every other Friday at Best of British pub on I-Drive. If you haven't come to the Free and Open practices every tuesday yet, then don't fret, we're still going to be doing them for the foreseeable future.

For those of you who have come to either the Meetups or the Shows that Hot McCartney does, I've made up a couple, (okay, fine, a lot), of questions that I'd like to get your input on. This will help determine where we take the group and what's working and what's not.

How are we doing as a whole with:
1.How much you've learned in the past year?
2.How much you've felt included in the group?
3.How has our group helped you in other creative endeavors?
4.What was the best moment of the Year?
5.What was the worst moment of the Year?
6.What frustrated you the most this year?
7.How long is the drive for you to make it to class?

In 2012:
What kind of classes do you want us to offer?
Do we want to move the day and time of the free weekly class?
Do we want to start charging membership dues?
Do we want to start collecting money or fees in any way for any classes?

For Members of Hot McCartney (or anyone who's applicable)
Do we want to continue doing shows?
		If so, then how often?
What should the fromat of the show be?
How will membership into the performance group be defined?
What does it mean to be a core member of HMC?
What goals do we want to set for ourselves this year?
How can we be the best improv group in Central Florida?

In general:
What are the 3 things about HMC/the meetup that make you proud?
What are the 3 Values that best define HMC/the meetup?
What are the 3 things that HMC/the meetup should NEVER do?

Please send your responses to me whenever you have a second. I really truly value your opinion on this matter, and I'll keep your answers to the questions confidential if you'd like (just tell me in your email).

Thanks! And Happy Holidays!
