Cooking, and by extension local food systems and urban agriculture in general. I've done a lot of work on urban environmental issues focusing specifically on bringing healthy food to low-income communities throughout Chicago and NYC.

Fresh off of graduation from the University of Michigan, I worked for a start-up business in Detroit. I left to come to NYC and purse my dream of founding a startup of my own. I currently work for the Roosevelt Institute, a public policy think tank.
