Laughter Impro (an evening of Laughter Yoga and improvisation)

This is going to be couple of hours of absolute fun and letting go. We will combine Laughter Yoga with improvisation games and exercises. No prior knowledge and experience required, come and meet some happy people. Expect to a lot of play and games and of course a lot of fun and laughter!

Laughter Yoga combines Unconditional Laughter with Yogic Breathing (Pranayama). Anyone can Laugh for No Reason, without relying on humour, jokes or comedy. Laughter is simulated as a body exercise in a group; with eye contact and childlike playfulness, it soon turns into real and contagious laughter. The concept of Laughter Yoga is based on a scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter. One gets the same physiological and psychological benefits.

Improvisation, as practice by imprology, is about physical, emotional and verbal exploration of the here and now. Forming connection with other people, suspending critical judgement and finding the flow. (for more see:

Nihat and Remy are old friends. Nihat teaches Laughter Yoga and Remy teaches improvisation, and they thought that combining both would make for an ideal evening of fun and discovery.

7.30 PM to 9.30 PM. Limited space. Participation £5.

Definitely one of the most interesting things I've done! I learnt a lot about myself and how guarded in life I am generally and how stuck in my brain I am. I definitely recommend it to anyone who hasn't been!

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
