Are you a beginner, advanced or seasoned improviser?

I've done some amateur dramatics stuff before. A lot of the fun came from improvisation with good friends, and being totally unashamed, in between rehearsals. Something I'd definitely like to get into again. I'd say beginner - intermediate. Not advanced.
