Meetup Description: Seasons Greetings friends,
We want to take this opportunity to invite you to spend the precious remaining moments of a historic year that has passed us by. Well, we don't need to remind you what a roller- coaster year this has been and sad to say mostly on the down side. Hopefully the bad times are behind us and as time moves and so shall we. But we must never forget the less fortunate or the people who have passed on. So let's get together for the last time this year to remember, discuss anything or your resolutions and celebrate 2008.
Since the inception of our Meetup we have met lots of interesting people from all walks of life and made great friends. Last year we saw some our past and current members put together a neat fusion rock band Moziq and this year we were witness to some amazing new talents. We salute all the members especially the artists for keeping your musical passion alive and sharing your talents with our music loving members.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish all of our members very Happy Holidays and a Happy Healthy New Year. For those of you who are not going away on a vacation we like to invite you to an informal dinner with a special live performance by some our dear friends. This dinner will be held at Delhi Heights restaurant in Jackson Heights, New York. This restaurant is few steps away from the all major subway lines (7, E, F, R and V trains) and is extremely convenient to everyone either by public transportation or by car.
Please allow us to show our appreciation for your continued support of Indian music and new artists by accepting complimentary appetizers and dessert. (Dinner on your own). We also would like to extend a warm welcome to our new members at this dinner.
So friends, lets get together and say good-bye to year 2008 and welcome year 2009 with new hopes and resolutions.
