It depends on who is hosting it. If it is the organizers, then a script discussion ensues. Once it is agreed upon, then an actual short is produced. If the organizers are not involved, then anything could happen. Recently, we just shot a short and it worked out well without the organizers being involved until the project was up and running. Someone has to take the lead and responsibility to see it through. With our recent short, we will post it once the final scenes are shot and editted.

Incidentally, I found that the Atrium on Saturday morning (11am) to be a great place for a group meeting. There are plenty of tables and chairs on the ground floor, starbucks and deli's across the street, you don't have to talk over the traffic noise, the place is indoors so you don't have to worry about the weather...

It may rain Wednesday. Someone should change the location to an indoor venue, maybe whole foods at columbus circle as Aimee suggested. Since theONEmanROCKband picked the location, he should make the change.
