"Breakfast at Tiffany's" at Cinema Classics

I know this Sunday is Easter, but Saturday is too nuts for me to add a movie date.

If you don't know the movie, a quick summary is "Struggling writer Paul Varjak moves into a New York apartment building and becomes intrigued by his pretty, quirky neighbor Holly Golightly. Holly's lifestyle confuses and fascinates Paul; in public she flits through parties with a sexy, sophisticated air, but when they're alone she changes into a sweetly vulnerable bundle of neuroses."  You can find more info at:  http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0054698/

The movie was a cleaned-up version of the original story, but you can glean some of the overtones of the real lives that both Paul and Holly lead.  The movie has been on the big screen in a couple other venues in the last year, and it's definitely worth seeing there.

Always love seeing a classic like this on the BIG screen.

Wish I could, but Easter just doesn't work for me. :(

Of course, if Saturday works better for you, go ahead and see it on April 7th.
