What 3 movies would you HAVE to have on a desert island?

Ask me this question on any given day and you will likely get a different answer depending on how the day is going. I'm a sucker for American Cinema of the late 60's and early to mid 70's. Five Easy Pieces,The King of Marvin Gardens, The Last Picture Show, Harold and Maude, McCabe and Mrs. Miller, Drive, He Said. On the other hand David Lean's Brief Encounter never fails to find its way into my heart. The first time Juliette Binoche appears in The Unbearable Lightness of Being is pure heaven to me.

Do you have an all time favorite film? If yes, why that one?

What is the worst movie you've seen?

Who is your favorite actor or director?

Bokeem Woodbine for actor...never gives less than one hundred percent no matter how bad the material. Jim Jarmusch as director for giving us Stranger Than Paradise and Down By Law...I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream.

I'm always up for a good film, conversation and the chance to make new friends. I have a soft spot for independent and foreign films and enjoy the social gathering and energy one can only experience from seeing a movie on the big screen.
