"Slaughterhouse Five" at FringeNYC

Billy Pilgrim escapes death in WWII then wakes up with a pornstar on the planet Tralfamadore. After aliens show him the meaning of life, Billy returns home to NY and preaches their philosophy. Based on the novel by Kurt Vonnegut.

Whether or not you red the book in high school, you can join a group to see this story of WWII, time travel and space aliens live on stage, presented by the True False Theater Company, as part of the popular FringeNYC festival.

Please click here to buy group rate $10 tickets.  Regular price = $15.  Quantities limited.  This offer sold-out on August 7.

Full-priced $15 tickets are available until 8:45 Tuesday at Fringe Central, 27 2nd Avenue and online at Ticketweb.  $18 door sales will begin 15 minutes before showtime.

The group will meet at 7:15 at One More Thai, 6 Clinton St.  Departure time is 8:20, so group members can get good seats and get a drink at the bar if they wish.  I've been told you can bring your drink to your seat.

If you're not going to be there, your RSVP should say no.  Participants are requested to be fully engaged in the meetup by refraining from all phone usage.  (Now please don't ask for my cell number.)

Please drink responsibly.

Do not waste your time with the meetup check-in feature.

Jonathan, it looks as though the seats are unreserved. Is that correct?

At FringeNYC, all seats are general admission, and there is no late seating.

There's been a great response to this meetup. Discount tickets are sold out. Participants who have not purchased discount tickets may still buy advance tickets at Ticketweb or Fringe Central. Details above on this page. Tickets will probably be available at the door for $18.

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
