The Feelies

I went to a Feelies concert back in 2012 at Cat's Cradle, NC and my God they played some amazing rock music. Before the show, I had just given one complete listen to their 2011 album "Here Before" and was completely blown away by their live performance.

The Feelies formed in 1976 and disbanded in 1992 having released four albums. The band reunited in 2008, and most recently released an album in 2011. I love the multiple guitar layers in their songs, you learn to appreciate most of their work after > 1 listens.

They are playing at Sinclair on May 30th (Fri) at 8. Since the kitchen/bar side of Sinclair is always full and I can barely hear what others are speaking once inside, I'm willing to try a new meetup place (unless someone has a better idea).

Let's meetup at "Grendel’s Den Restaurant & Bar" at 7 (0.2 miles from Sinclair, see http://tinyurl.com/mz2mtt2 for maps) and head to the venue at 8.

Amazing show. I loved the selection of covers during the encores. One of the best versions of "White Light/White Heat" I have ever heard!

I decided to start Reno Motorcycle Riders Group because I wanted to be part of a group of people who enjoyed my passion... I was excited and nervous. Our group has grown by leaps and bounds. I never thought it would be this big.

Henry, started Reno Motorcycle Riders
