How often do you watch movies?

Typically twice a week - sometimes more frequently

Do you have a favorite director?

Coen brothers, Hitchcock

Who are your favorite actors?

Audrey Tautou, Cate Blanchett, Meryl Streep, Jennifer Lawrence, Jennifer Connelly, Juliette Binoche for female actors. Paul Rudd, Sean Connery, Channing Tatum, Morgan Freeman, Mark Wahlberg, and many, many others (way too many to name) for male actors

Are there movies you think of as guilty pleasures?

Not really. I enjoy a wide range of genres, but do lean toward the intellectual (psychological thrillers, dark comedys, dramas focusing on character development/relationships - often adapted from live theater), world cinema, or independent film. Like most women my age, though, my "guilty pleasure," if I were to feel guilty for any, would be completely predictable but thoroughly enjoyable romantic comedies.

Share a few of your favorite movies:

Way too many - Amelie, Cache (both in the French), Heathers, Lord of the Rings trilogy, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Being John Malkovich, Moulin Rouge, Chicago (can you tell I enjoy a good movie musical?), Silence of the Lambs, Shakespeare in Love, Clerks. This is quite an eclectic list and I could add many more.
