D&D Encounters at the Game Preserve - Fashion Mall Commons

The new season of D&D Encounters is underway with a fun mash-up adventure and a new ruleset to playtest. The Game Preserve in the Fashion Mall commons will be running at least two sessions every Wednesday. We start at 6:00 pm with a table set as soon as we have 4 players. The second table will start once at least 4 more arrive.
You need a first-level character created using the array build method described in the D&D Next playtest rules. To obtain the rules, join the playtest group at www.wizards.com/DnD

We have dice and pencils if pregen characters can be provided. We don't have any experience yet with D&D Next.

A character sheet, a pencil and a set of dice are the basics. I have pre-generated characters and spare sets of dice every week so you can get by without anything if you just want to try the game out. Note that we are playing the D&D Next playtest rules so be sure to sign up for the playtest and download the rules if you want to make your own character in advance.

Hello, What does a new person need to bring with them besides a character? dice? rule.....sheets? Anything else?

We run multiple sessions every Wednesday. Usually 2 tables at 6:00 and one more at 7:00 (or whenever the first table from 6:00 finishes). We love having new players so come and join us. We will make sure you have a seat!

How tolerant of late-comers are ya? my ETA is 6:30-7:00. Work it into the quest?

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
