Thursday Night Board Games at the Arsenal

Thursday is Board Game Night at the Arsenal Game Room & Cafe!

On May 23rd, 2013 we feature the game PUERTO RICO from Rio Grande Games. Assume the role of settler, mayor, builder, craftsman, trader, captain, or prospector each turn in order to build plantations & factories, recruit colonists, grow and sell or ship crops back to Spain, or build public buildings in San Juan to add to your prestige and gain victory points. Play this classic resource management and worker placement game, a perennial favorite on Boardgamegeek.

Of course you are always welcome to bring your own games, or jump into a fellow attendee's game. The Arsenal also has games you can borrow, everything from Axis & Allies to Zombies.

About the Arsenal:

Located between downtown and scenic Fountain Square, right off I-65/I-70, we are the most centrally located hotbed of hobby gaming in Indy. Bring your own board game or card game, or borrow one of ours, and enjoy a night of analog fun with other gamers.

Our kitchen offers sandwiches, salads, pizzas, drinks, snacks, and desserts, so bring your appetite.  We also offer a selection of the most popular games for sale, and are happy to order any items not currently on our shelves.

I would also like to add that while the Arsenal does provide Zombies, it does not promote spreading the T-virus or starting World War Z...although that would be interesting and/ or fun. I'm also sure you would do a much better job than Brad Pitt defending the world. Well, Ok, feel free to start World War Z anyways...and if you feature Brad Pitt being attacked or otherwise harmed by zombies, we will probably applaud for you. That is all.
