I can't think of any games I don't like. My favorites allow me to use creative problem solving and let me be silly with a group... that can be a LARP, RPG, boardgame, card game.. anything really. Quiet puzzle like games can be nice too sometimes.
In February 2005 I went to the internet to try and find a new gaming group to augment the game that I had going. I found the meetup group, joined, and a few hours later got an e-mail asking if I'd be interested in organizing the group. I said yes.
This group is awesome.
Hey! Thank ya, miss!
Thanks Heather. :)
It's funny. It never occurred to me that the group wasn't about traditional board games, lol. I'll tell you what. I'm about to buy a car in the next few weeks or so. I will acquire a Yahtzee game and bring it to the next meet up that I come to. If nobody wants to play, I will attempt to play one of your games. I know they are complex, but I will try and see how I like it. I think that sounds like a plan. hehe
Thanks for the welcome.
Haha! Yes, I considered photographing myself in a bathtub covered in scrabble tiles looking crazed, but decided it would be too much work. Thanks for the greeting, I will be at the meet on Thursday, so hopefully I'll see you there. Should I bring games with me or is the line up pre planned from week to week?
Thanks for the greeting! I'm hoping to make it to a meetup sometime, but schedule is kinda hectic this fall. :)
