Excellent format, materials, examples and trainers. I thoroughly enjoyed the intro to programming and Python.

Besides the fact that there were great talks at the Indiana Linux Fest, it was a lot of fun being able to relive the good 'ol days when, "lower the target string, iterate through it, and increment some counter when you find a match" was a horribly destructive, useless bit of info. A very eye-opening experience, being able to work with beginners. I almost forgot what it was like there for a moment.
Looking forward to having enough IndyPy users to put this on ourselves! Everything is better when it's local, right?
Wow. Last-minute sign-ups even today (another registration should be coming in soon). Totally looking forward to this!

We've gotten some questions about the workshop schedule -- it will run from 6pm-9pm on Friday, and from 9:30am-4:30pm on Saturday. Full details on the wiki page (it's the first link in the event description text).

I started the group because there wasn't any other type of group like this. I've met some great folks in the group who have become close friends and have also met some amazing business owners.
