Josh was good. However....I thought he had some interesting questions that I would like to revisit. How do you define your culture? How can you change your culture? Thoughts???

Lately, it seems like so many others across meetups are really focused on those ever-present culture questions. "How to define... how to improve... how to change outright." Heavy stuff to consider. Especially in the start-up world.

Major takeaway on my end, was that Josh presented a solid method to the madness. Look at the big picture (song) , break it up into pieces (measures), improve bit by bit and listen to feedback (appreciate the music). The UX process applies to just about everything where there is a need.
