What is your experience with Ruby?

I read the Pick Axe book in 2005. Dabbled with Ruby on Rails in 2007. Started using it professionally in 2011. Have done some work with JRuby to leverage Java libraries for connecting to AS/400 and Domino.

Do you use Ruby professionally or as a hobby?

I'm a recovering [language yet to be named] developer with a decade worth of experience build web applications, designing databases, and managing servers. I have recently fallen in love with Settlers of Catan and foosball.
