PACE Personal Training is pleased to announce our Build and Burn Boot Camp. This is an 8 week outdoor class combing aerobic, strength and flexibility training for all ability levels. You don't want to miss this motivating and class, there is no better way to enhance your current fitness level or get a start on a new and healthy lifestyle. This dynamic husband and wife team combine their talents in fitness and nutrition to give you the ultimate in conditioning and wellness. Sessions are held on Wednesday nights at 6pm at the North Attleboro track starting September 9th! The entire program is $95.
