BRING YOUR CHI UP TO SNUFF!
Maximize Your Chi - and Bring it Forth at Will!

Energy is our natural state. But we sometimes get depleted on our spiritual journey for many different reasons, including life's many distractions. Mastery of chi (prana or life force energy) allows us to bring forth maximum chi with a breath or a thought or as an occasion demands. We will listen to a profound teaching about chi, the chakras and our spiritual anatomy, and we'll do some practices to cultivate chi in abundance, and elevate it to its potential. Weather permitting, we may stroll over to Bryant Park during the second hour to boost our chi with a little help from Mother Nature.

What happens when you develop, focus and maintain your chi? On the physical level, you become strong, flexible and build great endurance. On the mental level, you gain greater intelligence and insight. On the emotional level, you experience greater balance and clarity. On the spiritual level, you are able to more easily transform your life and self, and fulfill your life's mission. Who wouldn't want that?

Suggested Donation: $3 and up

What to Bring: Bottle of drinking water; something to write with

I enjoyed the teaching and discussions as well as the chi exercises in the park. I left feeling uplifted. I love being with people who are working towards greater spirituality and I can't wait to see where this group will go.

The reinvigoration of ch'i -- what a wonderful idea! Ahh, I breathe a deep breath of relief that there are others in the world who recognize the importance of this. Ch'i signifies the profound spiritual wisdom of the Asian religions... the Asian religions, so refreshing pure and non-fanatical compared to the more destructive and ego-centered religions of the West. Ahhh...
