In this program for both beginner and experienced meditators, we'll explore the deeper, spiritual reality behind the meditative process and the secret knowledge that can transform your meditation into a miraculous magic wand. We'll also take a look at the differences between meditation and similar practices, such as visualization, contemplation, and shamanic journeying, and how to use them more effectively in our quest for enlightenment, fulfillment and growth. And - just in time for the holiday and the start of very important year - we'll learn a powerful chakra clearing/meditation technique along with some other life-changing practices that will help you clarify and more easily manifest your vision in your everyday life. Facilitator: Antonia M, PhD
Dr. M is the Spiritual Director of the Inner Life Society and host of the
Inner Power Hour radio show. She holds a doctorate in metaphysics and is pursuing a second one in metaphysical psychology.
