I forgot to take pictures during the last meeting. It would be good to have pict. of the speakers and the meeting in general in case we could use it on the web site or anywhere else. I will be more diligent about this from then on. Mike.

To be honest, most of of meetings to date have been logistical. (Forming the group, bylaws, etc...) Now that the important foundation is setting up, we are just now starting getting into the fun stuff. I imagine hardware topics will run the spectrum from electronic basics to modding your arduino to custom boards & electronics. AND.. I have band aids on my workshop inventory list for the burning finger fun.

I know it's a far drive, but you are always welcome to join us in person as well as online. Our new space is in Waterbury, CT (Intersection of routes 8 & 84)

My goal is to have a rat's nest work bench... unfortunately, since being married my wife has not permitted me such a space. I have
gear that I have hoped to play with in my bedroom closet and the garage is full of junk. Bringing up 3 kids and working out of state the
past 6 years I haven't been able to develop "Dad's playspace"... but soon...

I had hopes that it would have that "1980's computer magazine" kind of feel, but instead, it felt like an MTV Music Video. Has it changed much from taht first year?"

Hi - I did or do web, I like Unix and Linux, I also do Oracle, Sybase and a little bit of MySql.
