1. A clear idea of the customer. 2. A clear idea of the problem that we're solving for that customer. 3. Passionate people committed to solving those problems for the customer. 4. Fun & rewards; no one is going to bust their butt in a start up if the work isn't rewarding in some way.
Getting tired of working in an office solving the same problems over and over. Would love to start getting the knowledge and connections that I need to start branching out into my own business to solve novel problems for fun and profit! :D
