Welcome fellow crafter!

In Stitches is a unique meetup group where we are essentially an umbrella of many stitching opportunities! Our members are an active body that participates in many ways and through many venues.  Here are a few of the options we feature within the group on a monthly basis:

• Social Gatherings: There are daytime and evening get-togethers on a weekly basis to stitch, rejoice in the triumphs of our finished objects, share in new findings with books, patterns and yarns, and pick a brain or two to get over the hurdle of that stubborn project before it gets frogged.
• Charity: Yarns of Hope is a worthwhile venue where members make hats, scarves and blankets for local oncology units, children's hospitals and orphanages for mission trips. If you are a beginner, this is also a great place to learn how to knit, crochet or loom! The group also has day and evening weekly get-togethers.
• Literature: Enjoy reading and discussing the latest novel?  Stitch 'n Lit will be a place you will want to venture once a month.
• Stitch-A-Long: Can't make it to a meetup but want to participate with the group? Join our online stitch-a-long where we have a knit and crochet project each month to learn new techniques and work together with others at the same time.
• Discussion: We have a discussion board where we learn about the latest and greatest crafting gossip!
• Field Trips: Visiting yarn stores and events are an absolute necessity in the crafting world! One can never have enough in their stash
• Speciality Events: Tech Night is one of our many events which is a great way to meet members from across all the meetup groups and learn a new skill.

We hope you will join In Stitches and take the time to visit one (or all) of our groups. This is a group that requires dues, however, you will not be asked to pay until after your first month to make sure this is a right fit for you.
