Welcome to the Austin Integral Salon!  

This group is created to catalyzing integral living. We dig into our shadows, play with states of consciousness, apply what we learn to real world situations, and help each other grown. 

We are filled with people applying the integral thinking of Ken Wilber, resolving problems using Spiral Dynamics, writing books about Integral Education, evolving businesses, and more.

We are happy you found us...

We are people wanting to take honest inventories of ourselves and our subconscious, our "edges", and seeking deeper levels of what it means to live more "integral" lives. 

Individuals best suited for this group are people already interested in Integral theory/practice, and who want to join us in spaces of openness, listening, engagement, consideration, substantive dialogue, introspection, observation, silence, and play, with the goal of becoming more personally "integral".

Our topics and discussions are both philosophical in nature, and focused on exploration/sharing/discovery/and application in all aspects of our daily living.  We thrive on getting "out of our heads", and embody the principles we find resonating with us. 

We often meet every two weeks, although we're constantly adjusting the schedule to see what works best. We tend to sit for meditation for 30 minutes and allow our interactions to then be informed by the Silence, as we explore the outer edges of emergent Reality. 

We create our group together, and it evolves in interesting, exciting, and delicious ways.  If this sounds like a space you'd enjoy, please, we'd love for you to join us.
