The weather is not that good today: we are going to meet at 16.30 in the Café Art.
Welcome to the regular Sunday Swedish group at an intermediate and basic level
. If you feel that you have an advanced
level of Swedish, you are welcome to join the dedicated event for this level an/or to help in this intermediate/basic group.
Now that it's (almost) summer, we are going to meet in Rålambshovsparken.
Please check this event on Sunday morning, and we will write a comment if we think that there is a risk that the weather can be bad (cold, rainy, windy...) and we decide to meet inside (in the Café Art) and later (at 16.30).
Here you can check the weather forecast for the park area: http://www.yr.no/sted/Sverige/Stockholm/Fridhemsplan~[masked]/
IF THE WEATHER IS GOOD, we will meet in Rålambshovsparken at 15.00. In that case, just go to the park and look for one of our big flags "We are here" (see picture).
Don't hesitate to bring your picnic and/or your grill and whatever you want to put on it. Don't forget to come with a bottle of water and suncream, but also a jacket if it gets suddenly colder :-)
No need to take a picnic blanket, we will already have a lot of them.
IF THE WEATHER IS BAD, we will meet in Café Art (Västerlånggatan 60, in Gamla Stan) at 16.30, a bit earlier than before the summer.
Everybody will be able to practice the Swedish language with other people willing to do the same. You will be split into groups of different levels.
Some groups will also have a helper, a Swede or another person who speaks well Swedish. Please note that helpers are not teachers, everybody in the group has to help the discussion running.
Feel free to bring any ideas of input with you, topics for discussion, questions, or any language game you may think may work...
Please be considerate of other members by keeping your RSVPs up to date and attending events when you indicate that you will.
The first time you attend, you will be asked to fill in a membership form, this is purely for the records of the group only.
A big welcome from all the organizers and helpers of this group!
