This month we will be heading to the Chin Brothers Restaurant for a Burmese feast. This place is next to the Saraga on the south side. It used to be a grocery but they have now switched to serving prepared food only.
Indianapolis has recently seen a large influx of Burmese-Chin refugees. Due to this we now have 3 Burmese restaurants which is uncommon even for a city much bigger than Indy.
I have not planned the entire meal yet but some definite entrees will be:
Buti - Beef & Hominy Soup
More to come..
A good amount of this meal will not be on the regular menu .
