This month the super club is going to Machu Pichu for a Peruvian feast. I have not made the menu yet so if you have any suggestions please let me know. Im sure there will be some kind of ceviche, plenty of potatoes, and I'm trying to get Picante de cuy (Guinea Pig with spices).
Please note that this month we are meeting on the SECOND WEDNESDAY - OCTOBER 10TH. I will be out of town the first Wednesday.
As usual it will be a family style meal so please only RSVP if you can make it. The restaurant owners really like to have an accurate head count before everyone shows up.
This event also marks the 2 year anniversary of the supper club. Thanks again to everyone for making these events so much fun. Hope to see you there!
