Yes, I watched the tribute video you posted, very nice work! They pulled Kites so fast from the theater that I missed it. :( I will catch the DVD for sure, but I bet it was nice on the big screen. I regret each day that I missed seeing Kites in the theater, every day Sid, every day! ;)

Missed Kites when it was here and will have to see DVD, but recently saw one of his older films, "Mujhse Dosti Karoge!" and thought he did a great performance in that.
