In a city like DC, flexibility is key. So it connection. This meetup is inspired by and for young prof women for whom DC's multicultural & international vibe is second nature. Whether you've traveled widely or only vicariously with Anthony Bourdain; whether you learned a 2nd or 3rd language from family or thru school; if you want to connect socially and professionally with like-minded women, IWP might be the group for you. We want a casual & fun atmosphere with purposeful meetups: social activities/happy hour, workshops oriented towards early-career development, and supporting locally-based int'l projects. Simple but loads of fun. By leveraging our expertise & networks, we’ll strive to keep workshops free for members.
