The newly created Information & Communication Technologies for International Development (ICT4ID) learning network is meeting next week. The theme for November is accessing web sites and applications in connectivity constrained environments.

Eric Gundersen from Development Seed will be talking about how they loaded a fully functional disaster preparedness curriculum onto a USB stick for the American Institute of Architects' Communities by Design initiative.
