I grew up in in Haiti, a place that I still have strong feeling about. I have been long involved in International Development; from early volunteering in Haiti to Management of Health Project to managing software development for government of developing countries. I also speak French and Spanish fluently and have worked intensively in Africa where I have led the development and deployment of information systems solutions for Aid Management, Public Investment Portfolio and Monitoring and Evaluation.
Yes, I am very interested in the issues of data around development (either to support good governance and help to inform population, or to better manage ODA and better show the link between funding and results). I am also an interested observer of the "development industry" and its trends and would happily talk around these issues in the future.
An engineer by training, I have two masters degree in Information Systems and In Business Administration. Currently working as Project Manager for a firm specialized in Software for Development.
