I hope everyone is doing well. Thanks to everyone who joined us at our meeting in January. We had some great roundtable conversations regarding the economic Outlook for 2012 as it relates to real estate and other investments. We hope you can join us for our upcoming meeting in February.

For those who haven't had a chance to attend this meeting yet, we look forward to seeing you soon, as we would greatly value your attendance. I will continue to bring copies of articles/data for everyone for discussion about various topics, including real estate, the latest economic trends, inflation/deflation, the dollar, commodities, and any other relevant data to help facilitate discussion and the exchange of different investor perspectives. Our goal is to help each other get out of the "weeds" of the media, focus on the data, and discuss how the current and future economic outlook will affect our investments now and in the future. All investors, from new to very experienced, are welcome! Please feel free to bring any topics, questions, thoughts or opportunities you have or are considering that you would like to discuss with the group, as we will continue with our informal roundtable format.

FIBI IS NOT A SEMINAR - THERE ARE **NO** SALES PITCHES - and does not usually include a presentation. The FIBI philosophy and foundation is based on uniting investors to exchange ideas and thoughts, WITHOUT any sales pitches, via informal conversations about the investing climate. Our hope is that FIBI will ultimately serve as a great learning and networking forum for investors of all levels.

My office is located on the North side of Santa Monica Blvd. just 1.5 blocks West of Beverly Glen. Please take the elevator up to the 3rd Floor lobby. Once you exit the elevator you will see the conference room straight ahead to the left side, which is where we will be meeting.

**BUILDING PARKING WARNING** PLEASE DO NOT park in the building's parking lot, as all of the spots are reserved and you will risk being towed. There should be plenty of street parking in front of the building, as well as on the side streets. IF YOU ARRIVE TO THE MEETUP AND THE FRONT DOORS OF THE BUILDING ARE LOCKED then please call my cell phone ([masked]) and I will come down to let you in.

**METERED PARKING WARNING** PLEASE NOTE that the parking spots on Santa Monica Blvd now include metered spots via pay stations UNTIL 8:00 PM that are NOT easy to see. Most members have not noticed the pay stations, as they are fairly new and there is no signage. IF YOU PARK ON SANTA MONICA BLVD THEN PLEASE BE SURE TO PAY FOR YOUR METERED PARKING UNTIL 8:00 PM.

7:00-9:00 PM - GENERAL DISCUSSION - We will continue our informal round table discussion format, with a focus on networking and high-level discussions regarding real estate, the economy, stocks, and other investment opportunities that people are currently involved in or considering. I will also continue to bring copies of many interesting articles that are relevant to these topics. Please feel free to bring any investment opportunities that you are considering or that you are managing, as our group is always interested in providing their thoughts regarding an opportunity or hearing about interesting opportunities.   
9:00 PM-10:00 PM - NETWORKING (OPTIONAL) - All attendees are welcome to network following our general discussion.
