PRESS RELEASE:

CodeFab and BlueSwitch team up to bring iPhoneDevCamp to New York City!
July 28th, 2009

iPhoneDevCamp is an annual not-for-profit gathering to develop applications for iPhone and iPod touch. The main gathering is held in Silicon Valley, this year at a space donated by Yahoo in Sunnyvale.

Held this year for the third time, this event draws a wide range of participants from native application developers to web developers, graphic designers and testers all interested in learning more about the platform and working together to create new projects for the iPhone platform.

For those who cannot travel to California, CodeFab and BlueSwitch are joining forces to host a satellite mini-camp here in New York City. The event will be kicked off by a reception at Alex Cone CEO's apartment where the keynote will be streamed from Yahoo in Sunnyvale. Saturday we will have afternoon sessions at BlueSwitch where there will be presentations by Alex Cone (who is also the head trainer for the iPhone Boot Camp) and Michael Isbell from BlueSwitch and a freeform collaboration session. Sunday we will have streaming presentations from the featured California speakers and Hack-a-thon competition.
