Presentation: Revenue Strategies in mHealth (Consumer and Enterprise)
Tim Dion is CIO of Sensei, Inc. Headquartered in Boca Raton, FL, Sensei is a developer of innovative Mobile and Web-based solutions that motivate and empower consumers to take charge of their well-being. This talk will cover the experiences Sensei has had defining revenue strategies for both our consumer facing and enterprise focused Mobile Health platform and applications. In addition, Tim will cover free vs. ad supported vs. pay, one time vs. subscription, and on the enterprise side approaches including traditional health care models and new licensing strategies.

Presentation: Overview of the Mobile Payment Ecosystem
Matthew Shuchman has enjoyed several careers including being the youngest ever programmer at Hewlett Packard, Economist for the Federal Reserve, Programmer of financial trading systems, Management Consultant specializing in turnarounds and founder of several successful high tech software, consulting and e-commerce companies. He has authored books and articles on Turnaround Management. For the last six years he has been involved with design, marketing and sales of mobile technology. His most recent book, "How to Talk to Your Android," was published in March 2011. Currently, he is conducting interviews for his next book, "Beyond the Android Revolution: The Future of Smartphones" - an overview of smart devices, mobile technology, and the mobile connected society.
Retail consumer transactions have evolved from using cash and checks, to plastic, to making web-based payments, to the current meteoric growth industry of mobile payment systems for both soft (digital), subscriptions, and hard goods. Matthew will present a brief overview of the mobile payment ecosystem including texting, carrier billing, payments via web or app interfaces and most recently, the first contactless systems like NFC (Near Field Communications).
