Walk at Worlds End, Hingham followed by Sunday dinner at The Snug

Lets meet at Worlds End Hingham walk around the paths for 1.5 to 2 hours (this will depend on our speed and what path we decide to take) then get back in our cars and drive 1.7 miles to The Snug Pub in Hingham Center.

Worlds End is a BEAUTIFUL Trustees of Reservations property located at 250 Martins Lane in Hingham, MA. Directions are here. They have parking and restrooms. There is a breathtaking view of Boston Harbor. Admission is $5. unless you have a membership to the Trustees of Reservations. Bring water even if you just leave it in your car. I recommend walking shoes otherwise its easy walking on a mostly level path- no hiking involved.

The Snug is a tiny restaurant/pub in Hingham Center. Yelp says the steak tips, Shepard's pie, fish & chips and burgers are good. 116 North St Hingham, MA  02045 unfortunately they don't have any live music on Sunday nights so it will be just dinner and conversation.

If the weather is bad we will just go to the restaurant at 6PM.

Love to see you there!

What a great place World's End is, the very reason I joined Meetup was to discover places like this. And the Snug Pub wasn't bad either.

Hi Donna, thanks - unfortunately I have a change in plans, but I hope to make a meet-up for this group soon!

Thats fine. Looking forward to meeting you and your dogs! Dogs have to be on a leash per World's End website.

Would you mind if I brought my dogs for the walk? If the weather is cool enough after the walk and I can find a shady place to park I will also go to dinner, otherwise I won't leave the dogs in a car in the sun.

We just grab a coffee and speak French. Some people have been coming every week for months... it creates a kind of warmth to the group.
