Thanks to everyon who showed up to our Connecting .nyc forum last night.

Video of Tom Lowenhauot's informative presentation will go up on

I've updated our next meeting with speaker details as follows;

* Zephyr Teachout, internationally recognized expert on the impact of the Internet on electoral politics and government
* Andrew Raseij, co-founder of Personal Democracy Forum, an annual conference and website covering the intersection of politics and technology
* Jay Rosen, author of PressThink
* Allison Fine, author of Momentum

Also, please note that the time has been put back 30 minutes until 6pm.

I'd still recommend getting there early to be assured of a good seat.
