I hope you are enjoying your Italians :o) I am enjoying my aunt....but my little cousin is a total brat. I will not bring her to a meet up, no way. She's too immature and rude, it's embarrassing. My aunt would not be interested...she's your typical old-fashioned Italian older women who thinks women are not supposed to go out after dark, haaahaa.
Hope it turns out to be a great evening!

I know that in the past, some of our members come to our events without having sent a response in advance. Normally, this does not pose too many problems; I try to guess correctly when I make the reservation at Sole Luna. (Although I would greatly appreciate it if I could have a more accurate count.)
However, this week, I have invited a number of Italians who I have met through my school and they are interested in meeting YOU and conversing with you and finding out why we, non native speakers, are so enamored with the Italian language. Up to now, the only people attending tomorrow night are myself and my niece, Giulia. Please let me know, via a response to this email, if you are planning to attend tomorrow night. I would hate for you to miss an opportunity to meet some very nice Italians who are visiting San Diego.
