Introduction

To immerse myself with Italian speakers.

How do you hope to use the Italian language? Do you have a goal?

To become fluent enough to communicate with my Italian relatives.

What is your interest or connection with the Italian language or culture? Are you of Italian heritage?

I am half Italian on my mother's side. She was born and raised and didn't speak a word of English when she came to America.

What level of Italian do you speak? How do you use the language now?

I spoke a little as a kid, but unfortunately, we spoke mostly English in our home in order to help teach my mother English. I have since lost my ability to speak Italian for the most part, only understanding a few words here and there.

What is your favorite Italian film, book, food, music, city or vacation?

Too many films to list! Cinema Paradiso, il Postino, Johnny Stecchino, il Divo, Malèna, L'ultimo Bacio and many more.

  • What I'm more aiming for is the dialogue between the brother and the ones he's targeting. I want the audience to FEEL the anger and disgust, and when the violence happens. I want that rush to come over the viewer and feel what he's feeling... anywho, rambling about it... but, congrats to you! That's impressive! Like you i have no funding either.. it's a pain. But, I love a good ghost story! Is there anyway I could see some of you work?

  • I'm very new to the movie scene. I moved here from ND. Which should say it all. I've been writing for ten years and I have many many ideas. The two I'm wanting to go through and make are both intense drama/horror thrillers. One of them is a sequel to the first. Short summary of it is, a brother gets revenge on those who were in on his sisters murder. However, it's not mainly focused on the violence. The violence that's in there is brutal and (Hopefully comes out shocking on screen) but...
