Let's learn to cook a real "Spaghetti all'Arrabbiata"­ sauce / Tuesday 26 Nov

We will teach our members how to prepare the sauce "Spaghetti all'Arrabbiata". 


The event will be host inside a small and nice restaurant located Paris 9eme.

After the dinner has been prepared, all member can eat the prepared meal for free but wine is not included (5euro for a glass of italian excellent red wine).


Languages spoken: italian, french, english.
Everybody is wellcome!

    I have to say, I am quite surprised about this "vegetarian" discussion when we are talking about "arrabbiata" sauce....
    Unless it's an "arranged" arrabbiata sauce recipe, there is no meat whatsoever in that sauce..... at least not the one we prepare in Roma... )

    Hi, you are 57 people attending this first meetup!!! that's quite a lot and I did not expected so many people!!

    Very good, there will be a lot to do in the kitchen then.

    Two points:
    1. we will try to cook a vegetarian meal as well for some of you are asking that (olives and capers sauce)
    2. since you are so many, I will ask you to contribute with 2 EUR each cause cooking food for 57 people start becoming a bit too expensive. To avoid misunderstanding, I prefer to advice you that a glass of italian red wine will cost 5 EUR.
